“As the head of marketing for India at UiPath, having set up the marketing organization in India from scratch, I am responsible for delivering on both the global and local mandates for growth and profitability. At UiPath, we have five key strategic segments that drive growth and market leadership. The five segments are global capability centers (GCCs), IT-BPM global service providers, domestic Indian enterprises, channel and GSI partners, and developer ecosystem or community building. My most exciting experience is to roll out the marketing machinery for each of these segments using the right elements of strategy and operations. My team has been able to deliver on all counts reach, engagement, visibility, lead generation, lead conversion, customer advocacy, brand impact, community expansion, and revenue growth.
Since we are a tech organization, the alignment between IT and business is easier. We champion the use of our own technologies across both IT and business organizations, which in this case is the use of RPA and AI. We have an internal CoE for the use of RPA and AI across all functions. Even our legal team uses automation to deliver productivity and value.”
