Ram N. Agarwal serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of WeP Peripherals Ltd. Agarwal served as Management Services Executive of Glaxo since 1976. In 1977, he began his career in Wipro as Area Sales Manager for Maharashtra. Remarkably, within one year; he was promoted to handle the All India Sales for Wipro's Consumer Product Divisions. He was in charge of sales and exports at Wipro from 1978 to 1983. During this period, he helped it to establish their consumer product brand. 

In 1983, he was given responsibility in Corporate Finance and Business Planning Department. During this tenure, he helped Wipro shape its new dream of setting up their Information Technology Division. In 1985, he was transferred to Wipro Information Technology Ltd. to become the Finance Controller and Business Planning Manager. Since 1987, he helped Wipro to sign a technical collaboration agreement with Epson. From 1989 to 1993, he was in charge of International Operations for Wipro Information Technology's hardware and application software group. In 1993, he returned to Peripherals Systems Division to head its operations and continued to head this Division until 1999. He was also transferred to Wipro's corporate office and was responsible for their Mission Quality, Innovation and Brand Building. 

Agarwal joined Administrative Staff College of India in Hyderabad as a Management Consultant in 1972, offering consultancy in systems and being a Member of the founder team of the Computer Division, where he served for four years. He headed MAIT for a brief period and had been a Member of the Executive Council at MAIT for six years. In 1970, he completed B.Tech from IIT, Kanpur specializing in Civil Engineering and in 1972, he completed PGDM from IIM, Kolkata, specializing in Finance, Marketing and Systems. He studied at Harvard for their Advanced Management Program.
