RevStart, a leading co-working centre and incubator, will now provide startups with dedicated acceleration assistance to enable entrepreneurs to translate their unique ideas into successful products and services. Unlike other acceleration programs, which onboard a cohort and prepare a startup for a demo day, what is unique about RevStart is that on the completion of mutually decided milestones, RevStart will lead the investment invest in them.
Ishan Singh, Founder and CEO, RevStart, has mentored several notable startups such as Parvata Foods, MassBlurb, BookEventz, WeDoSky, Pee Bbuddy, VideoTap, and University Living, among many others, and helped them take their business to the next level of growth. RevStart’s start-up’s accelerator is supported by leading angel networks like Indian Angel Network and Mumbai Angels. It also has a strategic tie-up with TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), ah! Venture and LetsVenture.
“I have been in the startup ecosystem for 20 years, and my goal here is to give back and help grow innovative startups. The early results have been fantastic and some of the ventures that we have helped REV It Up! are doing phenomenally well. It is also a matter of pride for me that the founders of two companies I invested in have made it to the ‘Forbes 40 under 40’ and ‘30 under 30’ lists,” he said.
RevStart’s flagship facility, spread over 1 lakh sq. ft., comprises 12 floors with a capacity of 600 seats, along with corporate meeting and conferencing spaces that can accommodate up to 200 people. Along with a nurturing work environment, RevStart also offers services from whetted providers. The center is available 24x7 and is easily accessible from the Okhla Bird Sanctuary Metro Station (Magenta Line) of Delhi Metro.
One of the first firms where Ishan lead an investment was BookEventz, which has grown to India’s largest venue booking and event management platform.
