In the presence of Chief Secretary, Shri C. S. Rajan, Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO) and Glo-Tech Enterprises Company have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Jaipur, to set up a manufacturing facility for manufacturing of mobile phones, LED TVs and allied products. It will have an investment of around of Rs.1,000 crore.
The MoU was signed between the Principal Secretary (Industries) and Managing Director, RIICO, Veenu Gupta, and the Chairman & Managing Director, Glo-Tech Enterprises Company, Narendra Bansal, and the Founder Chairman of Kandoi Group, Anand Singhal.
This project will be set up at Karoli near Honda plant in the Bhiwadi region by Glo-Tech Enterprises Company.
With two leading Indian manufacturing and marketing companies coming to Rajasthan, the Chief Secretary hopes it will have a cascading impact on investment in this field in the State. In fact, the state will become a frontrunner in “Make in India” and “Digital India” campaign of the Government of India.
