I have been following this magazine ever since it started. During the recession, IT industry was going through one of its most difficult phases as the corporate across industry verticals had slashed their budgets. Obviously this was a difficult phase for the channel community as well as the business margins went wafer thin owing to the intense competition. I saw a lot of IT centric media close down then however, VARIndia has survived and emerged as the winner over the years and I congratulate the owners for putting up a valiant front and keeping the quality of editorial high as ever. I wish to continue reading this in the years to come.

The ranking of channel community needs a little more attention and clarity though. As a magazine, you need to consider many more aspects other than just the business conducted and revenue earned. For a year or two, a channel business could be investing in itself and consolidating its operations and that needs to be reported as well such that vendors gain more confidence in it. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the quality.
