Serco has partnered with the Income-Tax Department to offer services at the Aayakar Sampark Kendra (ASK).
ASK is believed to offer information on Income-Tax Returns, Wealth Tax Returns, PAN/TAN applications, payment of taxes, e-filing of IT returns, Refund Banker and Income-Tax Procedures. The Kendras would also suppose to register grievances via telephone and email; assist in solving them, provide inbound and outbound customer services and offer multi-lingual (all regional languages besides Hindi and English) support.
ASKs are located at Gurgaon, Jammu, Kochi, Jangipur in West Bengal and Shillong.
