Snowflake and FutureSkills Prime Partner to Train 1 Lakh Indian Students in AI Skills

 

 

Snowflake, a global leader in cloud data solutions, has partnered with FutureSkills Prime, India’s state-backed digital skilling initiative, to equip over 100,000 Indian students and professionals with cutting-edge data and artificial intelligence (AI) skills. This collaboration aims to address the growing demand for AI and data expertise in India’s evolving tech ecosystem by offering structured learning programs tailored for students and working professionals.

With AI and data analytics driving digital transformation across industries, there is an increasing need for a skilled workforce proficient in cloud-based data management. Snowflake’s partnership with FutureSkills Prime aligns with India’s vision of fostering a digitally empowered workforce by providing entry-level training programs in AI, data engineering, and cloud analytics.

FutureSkills Prime, an initiative by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and NASSCOM, serves as a crucial platform for upskilling students and professionals in emerging technologies. Snowflake’s integration with this platform will enable seamless access to industry-relevant learning resources, ensuring learners gain hands-on expertise in AI and data-driven technologies.

Snowflake has introduced six free learning modules covering essential topics such as data engineering, cloud analytics, and AI-powered data science. These courses are designed for aspiring data professionals, including engineers, analysts, and architects, to develop the necessary skills to work with large-scale cloud-based data solutions.

Participants will gain practical exposure to Snowflake’s advanced data cloud technology, enabling them to process, analyze, and optimize data for real-world applications. The training will be accessible to undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as professionals seeking to enhance their AI and data expertise.
