Trihund Solutions adds Kamal Oberoi as an Independent Director to its Board

Trihund Solutions has taken a major step in its evolution as a corporate presence at the cutting edge of the digital transformation space. Founder and tech entrepreneur, Varun Bhutani, announced the induction of Kamal Oberoi as an Independent Director.

A veteran advertising executive, Oberoi is one of India’s most respected faces in the communications industry. He is currently the Chairman of QUO – a leading specialist agency for the travel, tourism and hospitality industry. Previously he headed J Walter Thompson (now HWT). In India, Oberoi was responsible for the Indian firm to become a major factor in the firm’s global operations. During his innings, Oberoi headed every JWT office in India and was finally the National President. In 2005 he founded M & C Saatchi in India.

Speaking on the announcement, Kamal Oberoi said, “Trihund is currently in an expansion phase where it seeks to find a balance between the nimble entrepreneurial ethic and a stable organizational culture.
