Twitter and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), in a collaborative partnership, have developed a single link for getting online updates on Digital India.
According to the reports, through this users need not to require a Twitter account to access the information on Digital India. And just by clicking on t.co/DigitalIndia a user can get access to the latest updates on Digital India on the Twitter site. This will help even those who are not registered users of Twitter to get the latest updates on Digital India without the need for signing in on Twitter. Registered users of Twitter can also subscribe to this and continue getting updates on Digital India without the need for following various individual Twitter accounts. This effort will enhance the online awareness about Digital India.
