Twitter to acquire mobile advertising start-up Namo Media

The report revealed the information that Twitter is all set to acquire Namo Media, which is  a technology firm specializing in "native advertising" for mobile devices. 

 

Kevin Weil, Twitter Vice-President of Product, said in a blog post that he will share a vision for how native advertising can improve the state of mobile app monetization for marketers, app publishers, and users.

 

It is believed that Namo will be paired with MoPub, which will further help app developers to add native advertising to mobile apps in easier way, which can further create revenue opportunities.

 

Here, it is important to know that MoPub is a mobile ad firm that Twitter bought last year. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed by any of the firms.
