Unisys Corporation has launched Cloud 20/20 Version 3, its third annual technical paper contest for tertiary students from India.
Cloud 20/20 topics for 2011 include Automation for Cloud Computing; Virtualization; Application Development for the Cloud; Security Issues in the Cloud; Moving Workloads from Datacenters to the Cloud; Consumerization of IT; and Cloud Computing for Airports.
Unisys Cloud 20/20 Version 3.0 is open to research students and post-graduates as well as to pre-final and final year engineering students in Computer Science, Information Technology and other related areas of specialization. The contest will culminate in an event where five finalists will have the opportunity to present their technical paper to a panel of distinguished judges including eminent academicians and visionary technologists.
The contest has four stages - submission of abstracts, technical paper challenge, telephone interviews and the final presentations in Bangalore on February 1, 2012. Prizes will include an Apple Macbook, Apple iPad and Apple iPhones. Winners will be given the opportunity to participate in internship projects and explore career opportunities with Unisys.
