With an objective to speed up research possibilities, the University of Luxembourg has deployed Allinea MAP software.
David Lecomber, CEO, Allinea Software, added, “We pride ourselves on making our tools easy to use and accessible to all types of users. It is fantastic to see the results that the teams at the University of Luxembourg are achieving through the unified use of Allinea DDT and Allinea MAP.”
Dr Xavier Besseron, Research Associate, University of Luxembourg, said, “Switching between Allinea DDT and Allinea MAP is as simple as clicking a button. You can use Allinea MAP whenever you make changes to your software and see performance issues. It gives a really simple overview of what time is spent in communication, in computation, and in input and output – exactly what you need.”
Dr Besseron added, “Researchers in the areas like engineering just want to improve and run their simulations, without having to learn too much about the details of the system – and Allinea Software’s tools are ideal for helping them.”
With users coming from a range of faculties, a key consideration was ease of use.
