
Vertiv, formerly known as Emerson Network Power, has rolled out its multi-city “Vertiv Xpress” to expand and connect with its customer base in India. The “Vertiv Xpress”, a truck, was exclusively launched in Delhi, showcasing Vertiv’s capabilities and innovations in the data centers business. The event was attended by over top customers from north India and Vertiv sales, service and channel team members.
Vertiv Xpress truck, flagged off from Delhi, will travel to more than 50 IT hubs across India tapping customers from across verticals which is expected to cover more than 15,000 footfalls. It will cover tier-1 metro cities, followed by upcountry tier-2 cities. Under the initiative, Vertiv will showcase its product portfolio to engage with their customers to generate awareness around energy and efficiency.
The event witnessed keynote speech by Sunil Khanna, MD & President, Vertiv Energy Pvt. Ltd, highlighting the company’s ability to scale new heights, streamline and simplify processes and structure, and strengthen its position as an industry-leading infrastructure provider. Sunil Khanna reiterated the company’s commitment to the Indian market by saying, “Through Vertiv Xpress, we want to demonstrate the agility and thought leadership that Vertiv brings to the market. Together, we intend to showcase the availability of energy- efficient solutions which will change the way businesses address their needs.”
Talking about the initiative, Dr A.S. Prasad, Head, Product and Marketing, said, “Through this initiative, we plan to reach out to our customers at their doorstep. Such long-term initiatives allow us to connect with them and understand their needs better and also showcase Vertiv’s capabilities. We hope with the Vertiv Xpress, we reach out to maximum customers.”
Currently, Vertiv has three state-of-the-art manufacturing plants at Ambernath and Pune, Maharashtra, with the latest machineries and production technology.
