Vertiv, formerly Emerson Network Power, has announced multiple additions to its executive team as it accelerates into its second year as a private company. The new appointments fortify the business for anticipated growth in 2018 as Vertiv continues to reposition itself in its key markets and organize around its core tenets: customer focus, innovation, employee development, and speed.
“The executive team we have put together over the past 12 months has been instrumental in the acquisitions and ongoing integration of Energy Labs and Geist,” Vertiv Chief Executive Officer Rob Johnson said. “They bring exceptional experience and enthusiasm to everything we do, and have embraced our culture of collaboration, innovation and transparency.”
The executive team reporting to CEO Rob Johnson now includes:
· Giordano Albertazzi, President, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Albertazzi has spent nearly 20 years in ascending roles across the Emerson Network Power and Vertiv organizations, at various times assuming responsibility for plant management as well as services and sales for EMEA.
· Frank Bibens, President, Global Services. Bibens has been in this role since 2011. He joined the organization in 2006 following a 28-year career with GE and is responsible for the Vertiv services team.
· David Fallon, Chief Financial Officer. Fallon brings more than 25 years of experience in financial management with global companies to his current role managing the Vertiv financial portfolio. He most recently served as chief financial officer at Clarcor, Inc.
· Victor Fetter, Chief Digital Officer. Fetter has more than 25 years of experience in using technology to strategically grow global businesses, and at Vertiv is responsible for continuing the transformation of the customer’s digital experience as well as the use of technology for operational excellence.

· Pat Johnson, Executive Vice-President, Integrated Rack Systems. Johnson, a veteran of 20 years in the data center business, joined Vertiv in 2017 and today oversees the integrated rack systems portfolio. Most recently, he served as senior vice-president of strategic initiatives for Artesyn Embedded Technologies.
· Stephen Liang, President, Asia-Pacific. Liang started with Emerson in 1994 and has been in his current role since 2009. He leads Vertiv activities in Greater China, Greater India and Asia.
