It is a radical thought process that how we are living today. We saw a rapid transformation in our everyday life and that fascinated us and also witnessed a growing customer need. We wanted to embed technology and leverage this transformation that we see happening around us.
While it was clear that digital technology will transform most industries, there were a number of challenges that needed to be understood. These include factors such as the pace of changing customer expectations & cultural transformation.
In the discovery phase we ideated the transformation at our homes with technology. We wanted to be the innovators in embracing the transformation and wanted our customers also to feel the same.
We associated with a global partner Amazon and introduced Alexa for our homes and launched Alexa integrated Smart Homes. This gives the residents an unlimited technology experience for their everyday conveniences such as shopping, setting alarms, reminders, paying utility bills, control over electrical gadgets usage and much more with just a voice command. This not only enables a secure environment but also allows customers to remotely monitor their home. Through personalization of all these we could get the customers at the centre of every digital experience.
To facilitate the convenience of buying & sharing information to prospective residents we introduced a portal. The customers could go to the portal directly and check the facilities and choose the requisite options for themselves. We kept the entire process transparent and paperless.
The innovative 3D booking engine gives a complete view of one’s home and allows to operate and control remotely and online. With cutting edge technology in the foray the options included are -
