"We have grown with it and so has the brand with us. We literally take it as our own baby," shares Jayesh Mehta. Being associated with Digilink for the past 10 years Maxcom feels close to the brand.
Jayesh feels that none of the competition has local manufacturing, which has been the strength or USP of Digilink. Above all, post acquisition now it is perceived as global brand that further adds value. Excellent channel incentive schemes and growing belongingness with the brand are the next attractions.
For them transition was pretty smooth. They didn't feel any change till they started realizing that they were growing significantly. "The help and support Digilink lends to iits partners is commendable. Once we got stuck in a deal and needed technical support. Though we didn't have much time in hand, we received a timely help from them to crack the same."
