B. Hari, Vice-President, FAIITA: "The internet penetration in India is growing very rapidly. So all brick-and-motor businesses will have to move to internet. The total bandwidth that we are consuming has gone up very significantly. The market share for most products is also increasing in the online space, but 85% of the business especially in the electronics space is done offline so this market is going to stay.
The only thing is we have to come together to understand what are the best practices so that there should be peaceful coexistence and we are able to speak sense to the brand owners whose products we are distributing or selling."
