Xchanging and Xuber expand expands reach in India

Xchanging and Xuber have announced an expansion of their Indian presence with the opening of a second office in Gurgaon. The move demonstrates the businesses’ commitment to ongoing investment in their operations and valued employee base in the country.

This week a team of 150 staff moved into the new office. Taking into account anticipated business growth, which is being supported by aggressive recruitment plans, Xchanging and Xuber expect to fully occupy this facility by the end of 2014. This will see employee count in the Gurgaon operations increase from 1,100 to 1,200.

Xchanging’s Gurgaon operations support UK, US and Europe-based customers in the Insurance and Financial Services space, providing technology and business processing solutions. The location is the largest of Xuber’s global delivery centres, with teams providing product development and testing services.
