Xerox India has strengthened its presence in the state of Maharashtra and rolled out a resellers meet in Aurangabad. The event received overwhelming response and was attended by over 90 resellers and partners spanning the state of Maharashtra. Xerox also showcased a strong portfolio of solutions in A4 mono and colour lasers targeted at SME's and Enterprise businesses.
Addressing the meet, Kuldeep Malhotra, Associate Director - Volume & Supplies Business, Xerox India Ltd., said, "Maharashtra has always been a strong market for Xerox and has given us positive results. Today, Maharashtra contributes 10% to our volume equipment business and our endeavour is to activate and engage with our resellers and partners with a robust engagement plan. Through our present channel activation programme, we will travel across the country and meet up with our partners and assist them in taking Xerox products and solutions closer to our customers."
As part of the activation programme for resellers and channel partners in Maharashtra, Xerox India will provide direct pre-sales/post-sales support to these partners to deliver maximum benefits to customers. With the partner engagement model, Xerox India will ensure that these partners are well trained and are equipped with collaterals to enable them to sell Xerox products and services. Xerox India will also look at co-branded marketing seminars and customer events to support the partners in these centres. The partner loyalty programme of Xerox will ensure that they are rewarded on achieving their targets.
