Zetwerk announces business expansion plans in its Electronics division

Zetwerk has announced its significant expansion plans across its Electronics division, further solidifying its position as a key player in the country's electronics manufacturing landscape.

Since 2021, Zetwerk Electronics has seen phenomenal growth through its strategic diversification into three high-growth segments: Computer Devices, Televisions & Displays, and Mobile Phones, Hearable & Wearable.

Zetwerk is building a strong foothold in the Computer Devices space through a state-of-the-art facility in Bangalore, equipped with advanced production lines with proven track record in manufacturing motherboards, desktop PC power supplies, and other electronic components for major multinational corporations and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). The product portfolio extends beyond standard IT hardware, encompassing memory modules, SSDs, USB drives, and catering to various industrial applications.

Zetwerk has also entered the Television and Display devices business by commissioning one of the North India's largest TV manufacturing facilities, with a production capacity of 2.4 million units annually to cater to both domestic and international brands.

Aspiring to be the leading ODM and EMS provider in the Mobile Phones, Hearable & Wearable space, the company is expanding its capacity from 16 assembly lines in one factory in Noida to 60 assembly lines (including SMT lines & PCBA assembly) across 6 manufacturing facilities. This will increase the capacity to more than 4 million units per month. Zetwerk offers a comprehensive solution – from design and development to manufacturing and testing – for clients across the broader Internet of Things (IoT) domain. Some of the specific product categories the expansion will support are Feature and Smartphones, Speakers, Earphones, Wifi Routers, PCBAs, etc.
