Infotech, SEI joins hands
2011-09-27Infotech Enterprises has entered into partnership with Software Engineering Institute (SEI). Under this partnership Infotech is to help Utilities across the world in making an assessment of their Smart Grid maturity level. This partnership is said to expand Infotech's existing capability to help Utilities evolve a Smart Grid roadmap and support the implementation of enabling solutions.
The Smart Grid Maturity Model (SGMM) evolved by SEI helps Utilities objectively assess their state of Smart Grid readiness by arriving at a score through a series of workshops and audits conducted by trained navigators. Infotech's SEI trained and certified navigators located across the world is to provide holistic services to the Utilities not only in evaluating their maturity but also to help them implement Smart Grid solutions.
This partnership coupled with Infotech's deep domain knowledge, expertise in working with IT and OT systems and SEI-trained navigators claim to help Utilities across the globe to undertake their Smart Grid journey realistically and with more confidence.
