Aditya Infotech has made an official announcement that Yogesh B. Dutta has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer (COO) of the company.
In his new role, Dutta will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring company’s wide alignment with competitive strategies to enhance marketing plan, sales strategies and their execution and service delivery to business and strategic partners. Dutta will manage overall organizational operations, customer experience, marketing, sales and public affairs. Most recently, Dutta was the Senior Vice-President for Adityas’s Business Operations. He joined the Aditya group in 2003 as National Sales Manager to lead and oversee the expansion of business interests in the IT region. He has served in multiple roles throughout the enterprise.
On his appointment, Adity Khemka, CEO of Aditya Infotech Ltd, stated, "The move is aimed at bringing overall efficiency in the organization and thereby achieving customers' delight and loyalty. Yogesh B. Dutta, an Electronics & Science graduate, did his MBA in Marketing Management from Nagpur University. A thorough marketing professional, with varied cross-verticals management experience, YD, as he is profoundly called by his friends and colleagues, held various stints in different companies - Blow Plast (VIP Luggage), Modi Korea, and BPL, before joining AIL. Starting his career as a Management trainee with the Lokmat group of newspapers, he spearheaded complete marketing of consumer electronics business in North India for BPL.
