Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference (WDC) 2013 has once again grabbed the limelight. Apple has reportedly unveiled the next generation of its mobile operating system, named as iOS 7.

According to Tim Cook, CEO, Apple Inc., the iOS 7 is the biggest change to iOS since the introduction of iPhone.The latest OS from Apple has given a makeover to flat icons. The interface has a new slide-up control panel, new fonts, new icons and new translucent bars. A significant feature dubbed as Card Multitasking has been added which boasts of 3D effects. When users will tilt the phone, the perspective will change. Moreover, Apple’s new baby has a gesture back button for apps.
Apple has claimed that it has introduced the multitasking feature for all apps."The new OS has a redefined typography. The new camera app has automatic 'square' camera for Instagram shots."
As far as iOS 7’s availability is concerned, the new iOS7 will be available on the iPhone 4 and newer, iPad 2 and newer, iPad Mini and the fifth-generation of iPod Touch, starting in the fall. However, developers can start playing with a beta version of the new operating system.
