The Smart Ring Active Plus tracks heart rate, HRV, SpO₂, stress, sleep, and skin temperature, supports 20+ sports modes, and offers 5ATM water resistance, enabling all-day health monitoring and fitness tracking across various activities and conditions
boAt has launched the Smart Ring Active Plus, marking its entry into the smart ring category. The device is designed to offer health and fitness tracking in a compact, finger-worn form, targeting users seeking alternatives to traditional smartwatches and bands.
The Smart Ring Active Plus includes sensors that monitor key health metrics such as heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), SpO₂ levels, stress, sleep quality, and skin temperature. These features allow users to track their physical condition, recovery, and readiness levels throughout the day. The ring also includes automatic skin temperature monitoring to help users identify changes that could indicate stress or illness.
The device supports 20+ sports modes, enabling users to track a range of activities including running, cycling, strength training, and yoga. It is water- and dust-resistant with a 5ATM rating, making it suitable for continuous wear during workouts or in wet conditions.
In addition to health tracking, the Smart Ring Active Plus offers a "shake-to-snap" function that lets users control their smartphone camera remotely. The ring is compatible with the boAt Crest app, which allows users to set fitness challenges, monitor progress, earn boAt Coins, and connect with wellness communities like the Wellness Crew and Fitness Crew.
The Smart Ring Active Plus weighs 4.7 grams and is made from stainless steel. It provides up to 5 days of usage on a single charge, with a portable charging case that extends battery life up to 30 days. Charging is done by snapping the ring into the case, which also acts as a secure storage solution.
The device is available in five sizes (7, 8, 9, 10, and 11) and comes in three colours—Midnight Black, Radiant Silver, and Rose Gold. It is priced at Rs 3,999 and is available via boAt’s official website, Amazon, Flipkart, and select offline retail stores.
