BPE appoints A. Prabhu as Executive Director - Technical (Global Operations)

Best Power Equipments India (BPE) has announced the appointment of A. Prabhu as Executive Director - Technical (Global Operations). This strategic addition underscores BPE’s commitment to deepening its global technical competence and accelerating its transformation into an integrated energy storage and management solutions provider.

With over 25 years of distinguished experience across the telecom, data center, and energy sectors, Prabhu has been instrumental in building high-availability, mission-critical infrastructure across markets. His professional journey spans leadership roles at Bharti Airtel, Airtel International LLP (Africa operations), Nxtra Data, Telenor, and Aircel, where he led large-scale technology modernization and energy efficiency initiatives.

At BPE, Prabhu will oversee global technical operations and strategy - driving excellence in engineering, project execution, and sustainability-driven innovation. His leadership will be pivotal in aligning BPE’s technology roadmap with global energy transition trends, customer demands, and environmental stewardship.

Throughout his career, Prabhu has championed the deployment of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), renewable energy integration, and environmentally responsible infrastructure scaling. His academic credentials include a Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Electronics & Communications Engineering and an MBA in Operations Management - reinforcing his blend of technical and managerial acumen.
