Designed for high efficiency, the PT-E560BTVP prints 24mm-wide labels at 30mm per second with a USB-PD adapter and features six shortcut keys for quick labeling of cables, patch panels, faceplates, and other components
Brother International India has launched its latest label printer, the PT-E560BTVP, aimed at electricians, network engineers, and telecommunications professionals. This new model replaces the long-serving PT-E550WVP, marking a significant upgrade in Brother’s industrial labelling solutions after nearly 15 years. Priced at ₹38,990, the PT-E560BTVP is now available across India.
Designed for demanding fieldwork, the PT-E560BTVP integrates enhanced features based on user feedback. The device now supports Bluetooth connectivity and comes equipped with a modern USB Type-C charger (12V, 2.5A) to meet the evolving needs of mobile professionals. An improved display and user interface further boost efficiency, especially in low-light work environments.
The printer is housed in a durable orange-and-black body with a textured grip for stability. Built to endure rugged conditions, the PT-E560BTVP features an upgraded carrying case that accommodates up to 16 tapes—more than triple the previous model’s capacity of five—offering greater convenience for on-the-go users.
Engineered for productivity, the device can print labels up to 24mm wide at a speed of 30mm per second when using a USB-PD adapter. It also includes six dedicated keys for quick access to essential labelling functions, such as marking cables, patch panels, and faceplates.
Alok Nigam, Managing Director of Brother International India, emphasized the significance of the new launch. “The PT-E560BTVP is a direct response to the changing dynamics of the industrial workspace, where speed, accuracy, and durability are mission-critical. This device combines robust engineering with user-friendly features like Bluetooth connectivity, Type-C charging, and advanced labelling templates,” he said.
The device also supports printing of QR codes, 2D barcodes, and logos, catering to modern labelling standards. It can be paired with the Brother Pro Label Tool app via Bluetooth or connected to a computer using a USB interface.
In line with Brother’s eco-conscious approach, the printer accommodates both rechargeable and disposable batteries and replaces bulky paper manuals with a compact quick-start guide and multilingual digital support. With 14 font styles, 476 symbols, and a 180 dpi resolution, the PT-E560BTVP offers versatility, clarity, and reliability—making it a comprehensive tool for today’s industrial labelling needs.See What’s Next in Tech With the Fast Forward Newsletter
