Commvault has announced the appointment of Nithya Cadambi as General Manager, Global Centres of Excellence (GCoEs). In this role, she will spearhead COE strategy, operational execution, and talent development to strengthen innovation, accelerate collaboration, and enhance customer outcomes.
Nithya takes on this expanded role after serving as Commvault’s Senior Director, Finance in India and a business partner to Commvault’s Chief Customer Officer organization. In that capacity, she drove financial strategy, operational discipline, and cross-functional alignment across customer-facing teams worldwide. Her leadership helped scale global capabilities, improve execution rigor, and strengthen collaboration across engineering, services, support, and sales engineering.
Nithya’s appointment reflects both the impact she has delivered and the growing strategic importance of the GCoEs within Commvault’s global capability center network. Commvault has maintained a strong presence in India for over two decades. The GCoEs serve as a microcosm of the broader enterprise, uniting teams across the region to integrate engineering, AI advancement, managed services, and customer operations and support innovation, scalable delivery, and long-term capability building.

In her expanded role, Nithya will also lead ecosystem engagement, university partnerships, and corporate social responsibility initiatives to build future-ready talent across all Commvault’s global capability centers.

Prior to joining Commvault, Nithya held instrumental roles at Dell EMC and PwC, contributing to business transformation and operational excellence initiatives across global organizations.
