The CMMI Level 3 SVC is an internationally recognized standard by the United States’ Software Engineering Institute - Carnegie Mellon University. The CMMI Level 3 SVC standard is judged on the parameters of work management, process management, service establishment, service delivery and support, and supporting processes of a company which is primarily into the delivery of software services. The CMMI-SVC model covers the activities required to establish, deliver and manage services.
