element14 expands StrongIRFET family for electronics design in APAC

element14 has expanded its StrongIRFET family with the addition of 60V MOSFETs from International Rectifier. Featuring ultra-low Rds (on) these robust solutions have been tested for use in industrial applications such as power tools, light electric vehicle (LEV) inverters, DC motor drives, Li-ion battery pack protection, and switched mode power supply.

Available in through-hole and surface mount D2-PAK packages, these MOSFETs feature ultra-low on-state resistance Rds (on) for improved performance in low-frequency applications, very high-current carrying capability, soft body diode and 3V typical threshold voltage to improve noise immunity.
