EXL sets up F&A Capability Development Center of Excellence in Bangalore

EXL has announced the launch of its Finance & Accounting (F&A) Capability Development Center of Excellence in Bangalore, India to further deepen and broaden the F&A service capabilities of the organization. It will enhance business impact delivered to clients by strengthening EXL’s competencies in the F&A services and by developing best-in-class trained, experienced and skilled finance professional.

“EXL recognizes the dynamic changes in the global business environment and the need for its finance and accounting professionals to keep abreast of the ever-changing regulatory, reporting and compliance requirements,” said, Narasimha Kini, Senior Vice-President & Business Leader, Finance & Accounting, on the launch of the new F&A Capability Development Center of Excellence in Bangalore.

The learning curriculum, which integrates various components such as specialized domain knowledge, operational excellence, analytics, industry research and technology, will provide a robust and holistic learning path to F&A professionals at EXL. The meticulously designed curriculum will also enable the implementation of Business EXLerator Framework, the new delivery model that was developed and adopted by EXL recently.
