
Ganesh Arumugam has joined in NetApp as the Director, Channel Sales and will be based out of Bangaluru. Ganesh brings 25+ years of experience. He has gained exposure and cross cultural experience in handling & leading diverse functions like sales & marketing operations, developing Partner Eco System, formulating sales strategies, designing organisational structures, processes & policies, software marketing, direct & channel marketing, brand building, events & programs management, client servicing, business & revenue growth, capacity planning.
Ganesh has the track record in developing and implementing strategic plans aligned with organization’s objectives. Proven ability launching & supporting products and services, penetrate new markets and increase sales profitability.
Before this Ganesh was working with Symantec as the Director - Partner & Commercial Sales and was leading the Commercial Sales Team and Channel team covering w India and SAARC, responsible for achieving country revenue target. He has been building and managing Partner Ecosystem to address Enterprise and Mid-Market business.
Ganesh has previously worked with Parablu, VMware and Hitachi Data Systems at senior leadership role.
