The recognition strengthens Glassbox’s collaboration with Microsoft and supports the expansion of its AI-powered digital experience analytics, with a focus on secure, scalable and governed solutions for financial enterprises.
Glassbox, a Microsoft partner and global provider of Digital Experience Analytics, has secured the Solutions Partner with certified software designation for financial services AI under the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program.
The designation recognises Glassbox for meeting the programme’s requirements and demonstrating interoperability with the Microsoft Cloud, including Microsoft Azure. The company said the recognition further strengthens its relationship with Microsoft and its efforts to deliver AI-powered digital experience intelligence to large enterprises.

Expanding AI collaboration with Microsoft
Glassbox is a global Microsoft ISV partner and a member of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. As part of its continued collaboration, the company is expanding its Glassbox Insights Assistant (GIA), which is powered by Azure OpenAI Service.
The integration brings together Glassbox’s capabilities in digital experience analytics with Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure, allowing enterprises to derive AI-based insights while maintaining enterprise-level requirements around security, privacy and governance.
The companies are also expanding joint go-to-market initiatives, with the collaboration aimed at helping organisations in highly regulated and global markets adopt AI-driven experience intelligence.
The certified software designation is intended to provide customers with greater visibility into partner solutions that have demonstrated capabilities aligned with Microsoft’s requirements.

Glassbox said the expanded collaboration is particularly relevant for enterprises operating in industries where data protection, regulatory compliance and governance are critical considerations.
Through GIA and its integration with Azure OpenAI Service, the company is seeking to help customers use AI to gain deeper insights into digital interactions while retaining the security and scalability expected from enterprise cloud environments.
The latest designation therefore adds another layer to Glassbox’s Microsoft relationship, while supporting its efforts to expand AI-driven digital experience analytics across large and highly regulated organisations.
