Google rolls out Bard AI to over 180 countries, including India
Following the roll out of Bard in the UK and the US, Google has now opened the AI chatbot to over 180 countries and territories, including India. Apart from English, Bard is now available in Japanese and Korean.
The company said it’s on track to support 40 languages soon. Bard will soon become more visible in both its responses and prompts. To make this happen, the company will bring Google Lens right into Bard.
Soon, Google will integrate Adobe Firefly, Adobe’s family of creative generative AI models, into Bard so users can quickly turn their creative ideas into high-quality images, which they can then edit further or add to their designs in Adobe Express.
Calling Bard an "experiment for conversational AI", Google CEO Sundar Pichai said the company was making it "available for people to engage with directly".
Google did a soft launch of Bard in February, explaining it an outlet for creativity. It is now available in the US and UK only.
Those in India who want to use Bard need to join a waitlist on the Bard official website.
