

HP(NYSE:HPQ) has expanded consulting and support services to help customers as they transition to the New Style of IT. Based on proven experience building and supporting cloud, mobility and big data solutions, HP experts in Technology Services now offer new consulting services for software-defined infrastructure and new support services that help customers realize more agility and reliability from their infrastructure.

HP Technology Services is also announcing new services for customers looking to adopt Software-Defined Infrastructure (SDI) to help meet their business objectives and transition to the New Style of IT. This new SDI offering enables application teams to be more agile by giving them dynamic control of their infrastructure.
HP Technology Consulting Services offers an open, vendor-agnostic approach to help customers manage their dynamic IT environments using a unified view of both physical and virtual resources. Organizations will be able to take the needed steps for necessary transformations to the new architectural, technical, operational, security, governance models, and processes to successfully support bimodal IT environments.
HP Datacenter Care is a flexible, comprehensive, relationship-based approach to personalized support and management of heterogeneous data centers. It delivers the support and expertise into one personalized service for increased IT agility and reliability. Datacenter Care now offers unique support for two-speed IT platforms, including advanced cloud environments running on HP Helion OpenStack. The HP Datacenter Care – Infrastructure Automation offering provides support for the automation and management of IT infrastructure using the same tools and processes developers use to write and deploy code. Datacenter Care also now includes the addition of advanced monitoring into its multivendor support to help customers prevent problems within a wide variety of systems from third-party vendors.
HP Flexible Capacity now includes support for the ConvergedSystem portfolio for SAP HANA, a massively scalable system that enables customers to manage and analyze extremely large and diverse data sets from a single system to facilitate real-time business decisions. This expanded offering provides customers an on-premise infrastructure with public cloud, pay-as-you-go economics with the ability to scale based on evolving needs.
