As tech companies expand into tier 2 and 3 cities and adopt hybrid work models, women are accessing more opportunities, balancing work and personal commitments. With mentorship and supportive policies, women are inspiring future generations, narrowing the gender gap, and driving diverse, innovative workforces.

My journey

My journey in the world of technology began with a Computer Science & Engineering degree, starting at Xansa (now Sopra Steria) in Chennai, where I mastered coding, analysis, and system design on Tandem Mainframe. At Cognizant, I transitioned from a Business Analyst to consulting, later expanding my expertise to pre-sales. Over time, I grew into leadership roles, managing healthcare consulting engagements and large deals.

My Strengths 

My key strengths are grit, discipline, attention to detail, adaptability, and integrity. Grit drives me to seize opportunities and push boundaries. Discipline ensures consistency and work-life balance. Detailing enhances my analysis and quality delivery. Adaptability helps me stay current, and integrity fosters trust and effective collaboration with teams.
