Iris Global along with its Nashik Partner clock Rs 40 crore business in FY26

Strengthening its long-standing partner ecosystem and riding the wave of enterprise AI infrastructure adoption, Iris Global Services has completed business worth over Rs 40 crore with Nashik-based enterprise system integrator Minitek Systems during FY 2025-26. The two companies are now targeting nearly Rs 70 crore in business together during the current financial year.

Founded in 1995 by Rajiv Gite, MD & CEO, Minitek Systems has evolved over the past 30 years into one of Western India's leading enterprise system integrators, serving over 1,000 customers across Government, PSUs, enterprises and institutional segments. The company provides end-to-end IT infrastructure, data center, networking, compute, storage and digital transformation solutions to organization’s across India.

Speaking on the company's growth, Sachin Jain, Director, Minitek Systems, said he joined the company in 2019 after an extensive stint with Lenovo and has since witnessed significant business expansion. "Minitek operates with an almost equal mix of Government and enterprise business, catering to SMBs, large enterprises, BFSI, education, healthcare and institutional customers. We closed FY26 with revenues of Rs 250 crore and are targeting Rs 500 crore during the current financial year, supported by several large Government and enterprise opportunities."

Commenting on the significant growth in revenues across the industry, Jain said the increase is largely attributable to rising technology costs rather than higher profitability.

The association between Minitek Systems and Iris Global dates back to 2005-06, making it a partnership spanning nearly two decades. Jain credited Iris Global's commercial flexibility and partner-centric approach as one of the key drivers behind the relationship. "Iris understands the realities of the system integration business. Their flexibility in commercial terms, credit support and ability to accommodate changing project requirements has helped us execute several strategic opportunities. They don't merely distribute products—they actively help partners close business."

He further added, "There have been multiple occasions where Iris Global helped us structure and execute complex projects, including banking and enterprise deals valued at over Rs 20 crore and another exceeding Rs 80 crore. Their responsiveness with OEM coordination, commercial support and execution capabilities has made a significant difference. Our business with Iris crossed Rs 40 crore in FY26, and we expect this to reach nearly Rs 70 crore during the current fiscal."

With AI adoption accelerating across enterprises, demand for high-performance compute platforms, GPU-enabled servers and intelligent data centre infrastructure continues to grow rapidly.
