ISACA appoints Vittal Raj as International Vice-President

Director of Pristine Consulting has been elected as the International Vice-President of ISACA which serves 1,10,000 IT governance, assurance, risk and security professionals in 180 countries, at the INSIGHTS 2013 conference in Berlin.

Prior to this appointment, Raj has directed projects in the areas of IT governance, information security, IT assurance, enterprise risk management and risk-based internal audits for the last 25 years. He has served as advisor to boards and senior management on IT governance, cyber law and risk management strategies. He also has served as a Member of ISACA’s Knowledge Management and Education Committee and Asia-Pacific CACS Programme Development Task Force, and as Director of Certification and Past President of the ISACA Chennai Chapter.

In addition to Raj, 10 other business and IT leaders were selected to serve on the 2013-2014 ISACA Board of Directors. Three directors were appointed to ISACA’s board.
