As per a recent update, Information Technology Association of Odisha (ITAO), which is an association of IT organizations in Odisha, held their Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Bhubaneswar. At the AGM, new eight executive body members were elected for the year 2013-15, with already four old office-bearers in the Executive Body, for a team of twelve members of executive body. The Association’s Life Members and Active Members participated in the AGM.
The new office-bearers included Arun Kumar Dey as President, Sukanta Mohanty as Vice-President, Dayananda Ratho as Secretary and Sunil Panda as the Treasurer.

The new President, Arun Kumar Dey, got over 95% of members vote to top the list. At the meeting, it has also been planned to have members from all the districts of Odisha, for which a sub-committee has been formed to speed up the membership drive.

Moreover, a Business Development Committee (BDC) will be formed to look after the business problems and issues involving members, members & vendors as well as members & non-members. The new EB (executive body) has planned many other new projects to be taken up in the next one year.
