ITC and Reliance Globalcomm conclude 8 years partnership

Integrated Telecom (ITC) has announced successful completion of its 8 years collaboration with Reliance Globalcom of Saudi Arabia. The exclusive alliance started in the year 2005. As per the alliance, Reliance Globalcom has been providing international bandwidth and connected services to ITC all these years.  
 
Nadim Abouhamad, VP for Marketing, ITC, said, "ITC operates two international cable landing stations in Saudi Arabia, one in Jeddah and another in Al Khobar, which are connected to Reliance Globalcom’s international submarine cable network. Reliance Globalcom is ITC's main global connectivity provider."
 
With this association, Reliance Globalcom benefited from ITC's national fiber network bringing seamless connectivity services on its Falcon-Hawk and Falcon-FEA cable, catering to other operators and ITC clients in Saudi Arabia. Through its alliance with Reliance Globalcom, ITC also aims to expand its offering with more services like IPLC, EPL, Global Ethernet, and MPLS-based solutions, which will benefit from the reach of Reliance Globalcom’s network and enable ITC to expand and develop its international network.
 
Chris Bayly, Managing Director -  MEA, Reliance Globalcom, said, "The  8 years of association with ITC is an example of testimony to our leadership position in providing network infrastructure in the Middle East that enables companies like ITC to extend their reach globally by leveraging on Reliance Globalcom's network."
 
This alliance has helped ITC to achieve many significant milestones including an independent 17,000-kilometre national fibre network, state-of-the-art data centers across the Kingdom  (Saudi Arabia), 7 international gateways connecting the Kingdom to the rest of the world, and the Kingdom’s first Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
