CISCO(NASDAQ:CSCO) India's President and Country Manager, Jeff White, has submitted his resignation, according to a report. White had moved to India in January 2013 replacing Naresh Wadhwa and was responsible for sales, operations, growth initiatives and investments throughout India & SAARC region.
Under White's leadership, the region has become one of the most dynamic and fastest-growing regions for Cisco.
White has been with Cisco since 1997 and has held a number of leadership positions in the US and the Asia Pacific, Japan and Greater China (APJC) region across channels, IT, managed services, infrastructure, service provider and enterprise businesses.
Prior to his this role, White was Vice President for Cisco's Service Provider segment in APJC. Before joining Cisco, White held a number of positions in sales leadership at Ameritech, an Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier, and at Anixter, a national system integrator.
