Lifesize appointsGagan Verma as RD for India and SAARC

Lifesize has appointedGagan Verma as Regional Director for India and SAARC region. In this role, Gagan will be responsible for driving business growth, extending partnerships, increasing channel expansion and accelerating the company's foothold across India and SAARC region. Heading Lifesize operations for the region, Gagan will be closely working with Andreas Wienold, Lifesize International Vice President.
 
Gagan Verma comes on board with over 15 years of industry experience and has in the past held leadership positions in leading Telecom peripheral companies in India including TANDBERG (Acquired by Cisco), Cisco,  Codian, Avaya Global Connect Limited and GTL Limited. Prior to joining Lifesize, Gagan was associated with Polycom India for more than 3 years leading the Government & Public Sector business and was also Heading their Enterprise business for the  Northern Region. Prior to TANDBERG Gagan was the Country Manager for Codian Limited wherein he started the Indian  and South Asia operations of this company right from scratch and brought it up to be a major player in this Region.

Verma has a strong background for driving strategy and business plans for new and existing markets, Channels development & management, Alliances management and has extensive industry knowledge and insights. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) Electronics & Communication Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal, India.
