2025-08-07
New Relic, a global leader in intelligent observability solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with M.Tech, a leading provider of cybersecurity and network performance solutions, to accelerate growth across Singapore and the wider Asia Pacific (APAC) region. This collaboration will enable M.Tech to offer New Relic’s observability platform to over 1,000 resellers, combining advanced AI-powered observability with robust cybersecurity capabilities.
The partnership will operate under a two-tier distribution and reseller model, expanding the reach of New Relic’s solutions and delivering customized regional support for enterprises. This model ensures scalability and efficiency, empowering M.Tech-approved resellers to help organizations deploy, integrate, and optimize observability solutions for improved cloud management, application performance, and business insights.
Foo Fang Yong, Executive Director at M.Tech, emphasized: “We partner only with market leaders, and New Relic’s observability platform is a strategic fit for our portfolio. This collaboration allows our resellers to deliver holistic observability and cybersecurity solutions, creating significant value for our enterprise customers.”
With cloud spending in Asia Pacific projected to reach $329.1 billion by 2027 (IDC), the demand for observability solutions has never been higher. New Relic’s platform helps businesses reduce cloud costs, enhance customer experiences, and streamline multi-tool management, making it a critical solution for enterprises adopting digital transformation strategies.
Larissa Crandall, Channel Chief & Group VP of Partners and Alliances at New Relic, said: “In a culturally diverse market like APAC, partners like M.Tech play a vital role in delivering real-time insights, optimizing performance, and driving innovation for enterprises.”
The partnership announcement comes alongside the appointment of Kenny Tan as Director of Alliances and Channels, Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ). Based in Singapore, Tan brings over 20 years of channel sales experience, focusing on strengthening partnerships, co-marketing initiatives, and improving collaboration across the APAC region.
This partnership positions New Relic to become a go-to observability provider in Asia Pacific, enabling enterprises to adopt AI-driven, cloud-optimized monitoring solutions for better performance and digital transformation success.
