CIOs are evolving into enterprise value orchestrators, driving cross-functional innovation and aligning IT with business outcomes. They are reshaping cloud vendor management, embedding sustainability in tech roadmaps, modernizing data architectures, and piloting generative AI to balance innovation with legacy system constraints. Upskilling the workforce in digital fluency is a key focus.
