ResultsCX Appoints Gautam Thakkar as CEO
2026-03-10
ResultsCX has appointed Gautam Thakkar as its new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Rajesh Subramaniam as the company prepares for its next phase of growth in the customer experience services market.
Thakkar will also join the company’s board of directors. The appointment comes as ResultsCX seeks to expand its global delivery network and integrate artificial intelligence and automation more deeply into customer engagement services.
Thakkar brings more than three decades of experience in business process services and technology-enabled operations. Earlier in his career, he was a founding leader and later CEO of Infosys BPM, where he helped build the company’s global outsourcing platform by combining process expertise with analytics, automation and digital technologies.
More recently, Thakkar served as chief executive of Unifi Aviation, where he led a multi-year operational transformation that integrated data-driven systems and technology into service delivery. During his tenure, the company expanded its workforce to nearly 45,000 employees and grew revenue to nearly $2 billion.
ResultsCX chairman Sanjay Jalona said the leadership change comes as the company looks to strengthen its global operations and position itself for growth as AI reshapes the customer experience industry.
Thakkar said enterprises are increasingly redesigning customer engagement models around digital technologies and artificial intelligence, creating opportunities for service providers that can combine technology platforms with scalable delivery operations.
ResultsCX provides customer experience management services to global enterprises, including companies in the Fortune 100 and FTSE 250, through a network of delivery centers across multiple regions.
