My journey
My foray into technology was unplanned, stemming from chance rather than intention. As a Biotechnology graduate with a passion for life sciences, I initially felt out of place but soon discovered a love for problem-solving through logical reasoning, ultimately embracing the tech field. Early in my career, I led a high-stakes cross-departmental project, facing doubts as the youngest and only woman in the room. By focusing on collaboration and delivering results, I earned respect. I’ve since mentored a successful eCommerce team, driving a 27% revenue increase and streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency.
