My journey

My foray into technology was unplanned, stemming from chance rather than intention. As a Biotechnology graduate with a passion for life sciences, I initially felt out of place but soon discovered a love for problem-solving through logical reasoning, ultimately embracing the tech field. Early in my career, I led a high-stakes cross-departmental project, facing doubts as the youngest and only woman in the room. By focusing on collaboration and delivering results, I earned respect. I’ve since mentored a successful eCommerce team, driving a 27% revenue increase and streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency.

My Strengths 

Effective communication, empathy, and strategic thinking have shaped my journey. I foster trust through open communication and empathy, connecting with teams to drive performance. My strategic vision and adaptability help navigate change, while my commitment to ethics and accountability sets a strong example. I've built high-performing teams and driven significant growth.
