Russian Youtube channel Pushka Garzah has recently created a replica of Tesla’s cyber truck, worth about 7.6 lakh.
A copy of Elon musk- led Tesla’s cyber truck differs from the original in various ways; the replica does not have a side door as the original. Hence the driver has to enter and exit through the back of the truck. Also the architecture can be a bit dangerous, especially during fire.
The architecture was built using LADA2019 hatchback and plastered with sheet metal to make cyber truck knockoff. The YouTubers spent only 80,000 rubles (around $1,300) to create their Cybertruck replica.
The differences between the actual Tesla Cybertruck and the Russian clone do not stop at aesthetics. The YouTubers built their knockoff using a Lada Samara as their base, which makes it gas powered and not fully electric.
However, the team does plan to make an electric version soon. “We might give it electric traction like Tesla,” they told 360, a Russian state-owned television channel. “We have a lot of ideas for this project.”
On Thursday, a video of these YouTubers driving their Cybertruck clone around Moscow began making the rounds of social media.
Pushka Garazh — which translates to "Gun Garage" in English is known for modifying cars on a low budget.
