We successfully migrated SAP from On-Premise to SAP OnRise in just 2.5 months with Deloitte, addressing key operational gaps. Additionally, we are implementing Salesforce, SuccessFactors, and IoT-driven automation to streamline digitization.

With edge computing, real-time data is captured on-premise and processed in the cloud, ensuring scalability while reducing costs. This hybrid approach supports our ambitious ₹10,000 crore growth target in two years, including a new manufacturing site in Bhopal. Given our rapid expansion, flexible and scalable IT infrastructure is critical. However, our core strength remains solar energy, not IT, making strategic cloud and serverless adoption essential for sustained growth and operational excellence.
