The Trade Association of Information Technology (TAIT), one of India’s leading IT associations, organized a knowledge session titled “Opportunities for TAIT Members in the CRM Market”, bringing together IT traders, system integrators, and solution providers for an evening of learning and networking.
The session was conducted as part of TAIT’s ongoing efforts to equip its members with practical business knowledge and emerging technology opportunities that can drive growth in a competitive marketplace.
The keynote speaker for the event, Limesh Parekh, a renowned expert in CRM and enterprise solutions, delivered two highly relevant and business-focused sessions. In the first session, Parekh highlighted how CRM benefits businesses, covering areas such as customer lifecycle management, improved sales efficiency, better service delivery, and data-driven decision-making.
In the second session, he explained how IT traders can do business with CRM, outlining opportunities in CRM implementation, customization, support services, and recurring revenue models, particularly for SMEs and MSMEs.

Limesh Parekh was formally welcomed with a bouquet by Rushabh Shah, one of the Directors of TAIT.
The event was hosted by Hiren Sheth, Director – TAIT, who extended a warm welcome to all members and provided a brief introduction of the speaker, setting the context for the evening’s discussions.
Addressing the gathering, TAIT representatives emphasized the importance of adopting solution-led approaches rather than product-only selling and encouraged members to explore CRM as a strategic business opportunity.
During the event, TAIT President Magan Gangani also announced TAIT'S upcoming TAIT Cricketing Event scheduled for 8th February 2025. With 12 teams already confirmed, He also invited additional teams and sponsors to participate, highlighting the event as a platform for networking, engagement, and community building within the IT fraternity.

At the conclusion of the session, Magan Gangani, President – TAIT, along with other Directors including Rushabh Shah, Hiren Sheth, Janak Mehtalia, Nikesh Jain and Jitendra Makwana, presented a memento and gift to Limesh Parekh and his team members as a token of appreciation for their valuable contribution.
The evening also featured early bird rewards, lucky draws, and networking opportunities. TAIT further acknowledged its Media Partner, Personal Computer, for their continued support to the association.
The event received an encouraging response from TAIT members and industry stakeholders, reaffirming TAIT’s role as a strong industry body focused on growth, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the IT ecosystem.
