Tata Tele Business Services encourages business transformation in the new 'Digital' Normal
2020-10-28Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS) hosted the CXO Talk in Bangalore- “Reboot your Business with Tech Advantage". The virtual roundtable aimed at creating a unified platform for industry leaders to conduct meaningful discussion on technology being a key enabler to maintain business continuity in this digital era. TTBS led the discussions on how enterprises are growing their business with the adoption of new technologies in today’s disruptive business environment.
Speaking at the CXO Talk Roundtable, Kalidas KS, Vice President – SME Operations, Tata Teleservices said, “The pandemic has accelerated the digital transformation curve for the enterprises, enabling them to rethink their strategies to maintain business continuity. Digital agility is important for business to effectively communicate and collaborate with their employees and customers. We have seen an uptake in the adoption of new-age digital technologies like connectivity and collaboration, Cloud, AI, IoT and Cybersecurity solutions in the last few months.”
Industry representatives such as Aditya Prabhu, Director, IIFL Securities Ltd; Anthony Cheukara, CEO, VST Tillers Tractors; Rajeev Banduni, Co-founder and CEO, Growth Enabler Global; Prakash Venkatesan, CEO, Essae Digitronics; Nitin Patel, Director & COO, Reylon Softech; Sumathy Anantharam, Founder, Manasum Buildtech, LLP and Area Director, BNI Bangalore addressed the forum. The roundtable saw thought provoking discussion on how enterprises are leveraging technologies to increase efficiency while working remotely. The discussion also revolved around how the businesses are adopting to suitcase offices, cloud-based connectivity and collaboration solutions and organising mental health programmes for the well-being of their employees to address the challenges of New Normal.
