Creating awareness amongst his customers and other stakeholders is a prerequisite to ensure they understand what his products can do for their IT infrastructure. Educating buyers on tools such as Energy Logic 2.0 or concepts such as DCIM to help them emerge as winners in the dynamic business environment is also a function of his role.
Shrirang is passionate about technology. Technical know-how is essential too, but rather than just imparting that, he actively monitors how it is being implemented and improved upon across the industry and how we can make sense of this constant change.
